RECITAL APPLICATION FORM

Currently enrolled students may use this online form to register for recital events. DEADLINE: Applications and fees must be received by May 23, 2010.

INSTRUCTIONS:

To get your recital registration started, just complete this form and click on the Submit Recital Application button. Be sure to remit your recital fee in order to complete your recital registration. The cost is $20 per performer per class.

RECITAL RULES:

  1. Formal recital dress only please (no casual street wear)
  2. All pieces should be well-practiced and memorized unless this is a special "works in progress" workshop.
  3. We understand that this recital will be held in a private home and that childrens' best behavior is expected (i.e. no running around).
  4. Out of consideration for the student performers please refrain from bringing babies, toddlers or children under the age of six unless they are performing in the recital.
